Unclear from booking that there are different buildings for different room types. Ended up at the quiet block. Decor of room was very dated and musty smell.

I like the location and the national park surroundings. The water mountains and water falls are awesome. The swimming pools using natural water from the mountains are superb.

第一次入住圭峯山的酒店，由於第一晚大概10點才到，酒店幫忙升級了套房，房間的確很大，早上拉開窗簾映入眼中的就是青翠的山，空氣很清新。
美中不足，發現房間的枕頭套有沒洗乾淨的污漬，還有床罩也是爛的。經過跟前台投訴，第二天就更換了，希望酒店以後不要再出現這樣的錯誤。

本來訂了一間豪單的，在酒店前台登記很幸運遇到一位大愛的工作人員，直接免費幫我升級了一間豪華套房，房間特別大而且安靜舒適，還有兩個大大的陽台，晚上還可以坐在陽台的椅子賞月、乘涼！

設施有點太舊了，洗手間地板滲水，沐浴間的發灑頭也舊，放浴缸的墊子下面都積了很多臟東西，住宿是感覺還行，游泳池的水有點臟，温泉好像也不是真温泉，早餐也可以接受

房間和設施雖然有點老舊，還算乾淨，就是廁所小了點，燈光設計較差，不夠亮卻刺眼，又沒夜燈，有很大進步空間。
樓下沒有安保也沒有客服，事事都要走過去總大樓有點麻煩。
外面的景觀很不錯，有東西逛，消費也很划算，加分。
整體休息上還算舒服。
早餐:很多東西吃，也很好吃，加分。
如果燈光和安保做好點就完美了。
