年輕的美女老闆到停車場幫忙拿行李，熱情款待，幫忙計劃3天2晚的遊玩路線。晚上在客棧一起喝茶聊天，退房的當天，早上要趕建水小火車，美女老闆幫着買早餐，也沒有要錢。客棧位置超好，房間寬敞，雙床都是1.5米的，一家三口睡着一點不擠。逛古城的各個景點都比較方便，尤其是朱家花園。旁邊的花園小吃，腸旺米線和卷粉味道很好。

第一次去建水，客棧美麗的老闆娘非常熱情，告訴我們哪裡有好吃的，怎麼樣規劃旅行路線，沒跑冤枉路，也嚐到了正宗的當地美食。客棧的位置非常好，周邊有許多好吃的。

在建水人家旁邊，離各個景點都不遠，無早餐，古鎮早晨清凈，晚上人很多，距朝陽樓很近，適合無限次打卡。老闆人熱情，我們從火車站包車老闆給找的車，改幫忙提行李。

過年出遊，訂的複式家庭房，很舒適，閣樓很堅固，不會發出響聲。老闆一家子都很好很熱情，幫忙訂小火車票，也幫我們臨時找司機（過年很難找到司機的）包車去元陽看梯田。客棧位於建水古城內，，在朱家花園斜對面，客棧門口有幾家出名的餐廳，吃飯非常方便。走幾步路就是古城步行街，去景點基本走路去的。

酒店位置很好，距“滇南大觀園”朱家花園僅幾十步路。客房寬敞，明亮，整潔，雅緻。年輕的女老闆見我們年齡大，主動幫我們提行李，又主動把我們的客房安排在一樓，還主動問我們是否需要其它幫助，使我們深感温馨。
