My recent transit stay at The Chengdu Tianfu Hotel in Chengdu exceeded my expectations in terms of guest service. Despite a language barrier, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.
The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The comfortable accommodations and serene ambiance provided a much-needed respite during my transit.
What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional guest service provided by the front desk staff. Despite the language barrier, the staff members were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and resourceful. They utilized WeChat to communicate efficiently and effectively, assisting me with the arrangement of a free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel.

Very polite and helpful front counter staff. Free airport shuttle and guests are free to use this shuttle service numerous times during the stay.

The hotel is quite close to the airport. Perfect for transit. There is also airport transfer service. Can be easily contacted via WeChat. The hotel is clean and nice. Good service good room.

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the airport. However, they offer free shuttle bus pick up and drop off to the airport. You will need to contact the hotel to arrange the shuttle service. The hotel is new but we had issues with plumbing. The shower booth and the sink area drained water very slowly. Otherwise it's good to stay for a long layover in Cheungdu.

Excellent service since booking. Response all questions from Wechat within a minute. The shuttle bus services coordinate with holiday Inn hotel and nearby hotels which is excellent. Every 20-30 minutes.

Is an airport transit hotel. Very clean and complrnentsry airport transfers ate provided. Some restaurants a few minutes walk away. Nothing much area around the hotel location. Good for transit flights.

Hotel is near the Tianfu International Airport. The hotel provides the best quality bed sheets and towels. The bed is firm but not hard, The staff is very helpful.

A new clean hotel. Staff are friendly and the location is good once you find it. The hotel name is Yana Hotel so if you are looking for it, it is next to Orange hotel down about 100 meters down. The transfer bus is shared and very busy we ended up sitting on the floor
