The hotel feels quite new, is spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet. Their airport shuttle service is a huge convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they even thoughtfully upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. I'll definitely stay here again on my next layover.

Hotels around Tianfu Airport are consistently a reassuring and reliable option, perfect for getting a good night's rest before a flight. The only minor issue is that the soundproofing of the room doors isn't very effective. While the noise insulation from the airport and terminal itself is quite good, sounds of other guests coming and going, and their doors opening and closing, are not completely blocked out.

The airport hotel didn’t disappoint. I stayed at the joy hub cheers hotel once and I was impressed. This time I decided to try joy hub air (the supposedly more premium brand), and I’m even more impressed. For the price it offers, this is utter amazing value. The service was very amicable. The first room I was given had a weird smell and the bedsheets were damp. I called in an they immediately offered to change room. I even got an upgrade. The room was huge and spacious, plus it’s really clean. You can check out the photos. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is by far the best I had in chengdu. Not only is the selection wide, from Chinese to international, the ingredients are good too (usually I look at the salad’s cabbage section to gauge the quality, this one is thoroughly washed and fresh!) Nitpicking, the bakery section is a bit cold. I raised this point in the joy hub cheers review and it’s the same here. Last but not least, the location is superb. 10min walk to either T1 or T2, you can’t ask for more.

Very close to the airport. Comfortable rooms. There was a strange smell in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and helped to organise a shuttle bus to the airport very early in the morning. They even gave us a wake up call to make sure we were ready on time. There were a couple of very good restaurants within walking distance too. I recommend it for people that need to be near an airport.

I've stayed at Tianfu International Hotel several times now, primarily because of its convenient location just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The hotel also provides a dedicated shuttle bus service to and from the airport. The lobby is very grand and opulent. The front desk staff were highly professional and welcoming, even personally escorting me to my room door. The hotel boasts extensive grounds, featuring a massive courtyard. Naturally, the environment is superb, and it caters to all your dining and shopping needs. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms feature a separate wet and dry area, the bedding is plush, and the air conditioning keeps the room pleasantly cool. The breakfast absolutely lives up to five-star standards. I will certainly continue to choose Tianfu International Hotel for all my future trips to Chengdu.

It was pretty hard to find the spot since there is a roadwork around, but we were lucky to find a helpful guide to show us around. The hotel itself is super new and clean, like everything is freshly installed and neat. Free airport transfers, good parking spaces right behind the building. 30 minutes from the airport. If the breakfast is included, but you leave too early, it will be prepared for you in a paper bag: buns, eggs, milk. Really thoughtful and a nice touch, I loved it.

The TV in the room can be projected. The three-part bathroom is very convenient, and the amount of water for bathing is very large. Disadvantages: Airport transfer takes a lot of time. I got off the plane at 6:30 on May 29; I arrived at Gate 23 at 19:15 and started waiting for the bus; The bus arrived at the airport pick-up point at 19:40, and the driver helped to place the luggage when getting on the bus; The bus left at 20:00; Arrived at the hotel at 20:30; I checked in and entered the room at 20:45. It took a full hour and a half from waiting for the bus to entering the room. The height and angle of the shower head bracket in my room cannot be adjusted. Because the water pressure is high, the bath water will spray onto the opposite wall at an angle parallel to the ground, and I can only hold the shower head with one hand to take a bath. The overhead shower was blocked, and water was sprayed in all directions, and each water column was thin and scattered. Because it was late when I took a shower and my luggage was spread out, I didn't go to the hotel front desk. In general, although the hotel has some inconveniences, the price is cheap, so the cost performance is high.

This is a really spacious hotel very close to Tianfu Airport. Since Tianfu Airport is quite a distance (from the city center), it's an excellent choice if you have an early morning flight and prefer not to wake up extremely early. For my 11 AM flight, I was able to wake up comfortably at 8 AM, enjoy breakfast, finish packing, and catch the 9 AM shuttle bus. Everything flowed perfectly; I arrived at the boarding gate just as boarding was commencing.
