The staff is nice even they cannot speak English. Get translation tool ready when you check in. Near subway station even no sign board in English.

The location is close to the train station, only about five minutes' walk away. The room cleaning was very sloppy. The quilt was not folded. They just took out the trash, added two bottles of water and some toilet paper, and that was considered cleaning.

The only downside is that you need to swipe your card to go upstairs. It has privacy but loses convenience. It would be perfect if this problem could be solved.

The check-out counter staff asked me to write a good review, and I can only talk about my real experience. When I checked in on the first night, I was getting ready to go to bed and I uncovered the bed sheet, only to find stains on it. The previous guest had left the room and the sheets were not changed. The stain on the sheet was simply wiped with toilet paper, and there were still pieces of toilet paper on it. I called the guest room and a cleaning lady came to see it soon. She found that the sheets had not been changed and asked me when I checked in. I said that I put my things down and left at around 5pm that day, and I found out when I uncovered the quilt while getting ready to go to bed at 9pm that day. The cleaning lady must have meant that the other cleaning staff on duty that day thought I was staying over and did not clean thoroughly, and then changed my sheets, and told me to ask the front desk to clean the room and change them again at noon the next day. So at almost 10pm we could only wait in the corridor in our pajamas for the sheets to be changed. Very irritable. The next day, cleaning staff No. 18, the somewhat stout lady, cleaned the room very well at 5pm, changed the bedding, and was very welcoming. Second, the room is generally small, not facing the sun, and a bit damp. There is a parking lot and a hospital behind it, which makes it very noisy during the day and makes it difficult to sleep well. Thirdly, the room rate suddenly increased by 60%. I thought it was because of the weekend. When I asked, I learned that it was because of a concert. I understand this, after all, hotels need to make money. However, by comparing with major apps, I found that the room rates of other hotels around did not increase, and some even reduced their prices. Moreover, the breakfast and prices provided by the hotel are accompanied by some tricks, which will make you waste your money. So I won’t make any other comments on this point. Fourth, why did I choose this hotel? I stayed here with my family 22 years ago and it felt okay, so I chose Feifan this time. However, the experience of these few days made me feel very bad. Compared with the surrounding hotels, the comfort, experience and cost-effectiveness of Feifan are much worse at a price of several hundred per night. The fans have turned passers-by.

This accommodation experience was very bad. There was a foul odor when I first entered the hotel. There were red blood stains on the pillow. Then I changed the room. I had allergic reactions. I contacted the hotel and their attitude was very tough. They required a certificate from a tertiary hospital before they would admit it. Do I need your compensation? I will never stay in this hotel again.
