I booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very limited and lacks variety. The location is centrally located in Riyadh, close to amenities, but the noise from cars continues inside the rooms.

It is difficult to describe this hotel with the word "good". Saudi Arabia is so warm and friendly to Chinese people. The room is clean and tidy. We washed the dishes we cooked ourselves. Because three people added a bed, the front desk directly reduced the extra bed fee by 100 riyals a day because we are Chinese. I was so touched. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Saudi Arabia.

The area is spacious, the kitchenette and washing machine are more friendly to people who stay for more than three days, the price is reasonable, it is worth recommending

The 2-bedroom suite I booked actually had a small servant's room with a bathroom, but the bathroom door of the servant's room could not be closed. The kitchen had enough pots and knives to cook by yourself. I forgot to take a photo. The decoration and facilities are relatively old.

The transportation is not convenient. The facilities are very good.

Overall it's good, a suite that can accommodate four people.

設施：不算很新，但也叫維護得比較妥當，不顯舊 衞生：浴室乾爽，整體沒有異味 環境：周邊是馬路圍繞，沒有其他設施，倒是出行比較方便 服務：國際連鎖酒店，服務都不會差

房間很大很滿意，有廚房可以做飯，還幫洗碗，服務態度很好。
