The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I stayed there for several days and the breakfast was delicious.

I came here as soon as I got off the plane. The hotel service is really great. Check-in at the front desk is very fast. They can also help with drying clothes, which is very convenient.

The newly opened facilities of the hotel are all complete, and there is no strong smell like others. There is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the lobby. There is a cute doll on the bed in the room, which I really like.

It’s my first time to stay in the first room. I don’t think it’s as exaggerated as people say online. I asked in advance if I would mind. Personally, I think the view outside the window is great and the room is well soundproofed. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are very gentle. I didn't have breakfast, so my brother also gave me a breakfast coupon for the next day. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to eat because I was in a hurry. Although the location felt a little out of the way, there were still a lot of takeaways around, and they were delivered very quickly. I sighed that there is a braised chicken restaurant near their home that is really delicious😁😁

The hotel is very clean, the dolls on the bed are very cute, the breakfast is very good, the satay fabrics are very sufficient, the service attitude is super good, there are many snacks not far from the hotel, I will stay here again next time I come to Xiamen

Facilities: It is a simple and exquisite hotel similar to Atour Boutique. The facilities are complete, and the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap are all in the same series, with a very high-end citrus fragrance. The selection of toothbrushes and wooden combs is also great. The toothpaste is not like other hotels that are squeezed once and then gone. I feel that the amount of toothpaste is sufficient.  Hygiene and environment: This is a newly opened hotel, and the sanitation environment is very good. The most important thing is that I feel that I should be the first guest to stay in this room (but this needs to be confirmed with the hotel, hehe), all hand sanitizers are new, and there is air in the first section of the press. Service: The overall service is very good, the attitude is also very good, the aunties in the restaurant on the fifth floor are also very friendly, and there will be room service to deliver fruits and midnight snack Tremella soup to the room in the evening. Restaurant: I feel that this breakfast is the best one I have ever stayed in a hotel of the same level. In addition to hotel hygiene and other aspects, I also care about the breakfast. After all, the room type with breakfast is more expensive, but this breakfast is really worth the money. The coffee is delicious, and the most important thing is the chicken feet I love. The noodles for breakfast are seafood noodles, and there are also peeing beef balls and Fuzhou fish balls. The food on the dessert table is also very delicious. The donuts are really good. I don’t know if they are made by their own chef or bought outside. I personally feel that this restaurant is a big plus for the hotel. The next morning, because I couldn’t eat in the hall because I was in a hurry to catch the high-speed rail, I asked the hotel for a takeaway box. The service staff was also very enthusiastic and asked if they wanted to help me pack it, so that I could have such a rich breakfast on the high-speed rail! Problems and suggestions are placed at the end: Although it is a five-star praise, there are also some areas that need improvement: 1. I don’t know if the shower water is connected to the water pipes of other rooms. Anyway, it will be hot and cold on the first day (within the acceptable range), but there is no problem on the second day. 2. If I am the first guest to stay in this room, how can there be such a situation that the shower floor drain is difficult to drain? I don’t know if it is blocked by garbage during decoration. I hope the housekeeping staff will check the floor drains in each room. 3. It was a bit slow to leave the parking lot. I registered the license plate with the front desk, but every time I came out, it showed that I had paid. It was a bit troublesome. I called for a long time to communicate and almost missed the car in the morning. 4. (This is a bit cute) I heard that the breakfast restaurant was open for the first day on May 1st. When I was having supper the night before, I heard the aunt in the restaurant studying what delicious food to make for everyone the next morning 🤣 Then when I was packing on the morning of May 3rd, I asked a boy who looked like a supervisor to pack the boxes and tableware. He told the aunt in the kitchen where the tableware was, and the aunt was "flustered" to find it, because she was not familiar with the location of various items, but I could see that she wanted to find it for me quickly, haha. I also told the hotel staff about the above minor problems when I checked out. They said that because the hotel had just opened, all these problems would be improved quickly. I can feel that every service staff is very friendly. I hope they will become more and more proficient in their work, and I hope that this hotel will get better and better. The most important thing is to maintain the enthusiasm when it just opened. I wish you a prosperous business. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Xiamen.
