Atour Hotel Jinan West Station East Square

The service was excellent, everything was good. There was just one issue. This hotel has the wrong location on Google Maps. After leaving the train station, I decided to walk to the hotel, turned on Google Maps navigation, and walked in the wrong direction for 30 minutes because the hotel wasn’t there. Eventually, I had to call a taxi. When I finally arrived at the hotel and told the receptionists about this, they discussed something in Chinese, laughed, and told me to use a different navigation app. When I pointed it out again, they said, “Okay, we’ll fix it.” Ten days have passed, and I’ve just checked — the location still hasn’t been corrected. They also asked me to leave a good review before giving me my room key when I came to collect it. They only gave me the key after I insisted firmly. Aside from that, the service was excellent.

I've been in this hotel few times and ever it's was excellent. Good personnel, nice meal, best quality of rooms.

Very poor breakfast service. All old age people who doesn’t know anything. No waiters to help you in case of need assistance. Good hotel with poor service

Facilities and surroundings are great . There’s a gym and library where you can take a rest or work . It’s also close to the west station

The hotel reception is 26 floor and when i come 1st floor i confused where is the reception is but luckily i met one customer who helped me to go 25 floor 😢😢

Very clean. Best looking Atour Hotel I’ve been to. Beautiful lobby with a mini jungle inside it. Lobby and breakfast area at 20+ floor with a view over the surrounding areas. No movies on the TV. But the impeccable staff streamed movies from their phones to our TV!
