The hotel is very clean and has just been renovated. The lady at the front desk is very considerate.

The room is large, but the cleanliness is really disappointing. There are hair, dust, stains on the tiles, and even blood stains. As for the service, there were no children's slippers and children's toothbrushes. I couldn't turn on the air conditioner. It took me a long time to tell the front desk. The front desk brought an old man who I thought was an air conditioner repairman, but the woman at the front desk was actually there when she came in to adjust the air conditioner for me. I was confused when I told the old man how to operate it. Am I using the air conditioner in my room as a teaching experiment for other residents? I am a woman and I brought a girl with me. You just brought a boy in without saying a word? Moreover, the woman at the front desk left without saying a word and looked very unhappy. Is this your service? Breakfast is also very monotonous with just a few items. A hotel chain with such a big brand is not as good as an ordinary fast hotel. How can you put your founder's book on the table? I will never stay at any Hanting hotel in the future. The only good thing is that the two chefs who picked up and dropped off the airport were really nice and helped with the luggage. The hotel is very close to the airport, and there is a free airport drop-off service, which is very convenient. The hotel bed is comfortable, the pillows can be high or low, and the room is quiet. There is a work surface and sofa for easy computer use.

The room is very spacious and clean. The front desk will contact you in advance if you need to pick up the airport. The pick-up service is very attentive. The hotel breakfast is good and you can eat enough. The dining environment is hygienic. If you fly to Jinan next time and have a layover, I will choose this hotel again if you have the opportunity.
