It was my first time staying at Four Seasons Hotel. The check-in staff was warm and hospitable. Check-in was very quick. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk was nice and kind. She cooked noodles for the baby and helped mail the items left in the guest room. All the staff gave her a thumbs up. Although the location is a bit remote, it is not noisy at night and there are no various noises early in the morning. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Zhangqiu.

The room facilities are OK, but the service is not humane. I booked four business king-size rooms, and the room occupancy rate is not high. After arriving at the hotel, two of the king-size rooms were changed to standard rooms of the same price. The waiter also asked for extra money. Because I booked earlier, the price was cheaper then. Now the price is 100 yuan more per room, so the king-size room I vacated is also the current price! In the end, I had no choice but not to change. I have stayed in many hotels and never had this situation.
