住全季基本從不失望。很喜歡。乾淨，床品屋內裝修質感都很好。真的做到了角落都很乾凈。住着放心。濟南打車不貴，去景點也很方便。附近步行範圍很多餐廳。房間安靜睡得很好。前台的小姐姐們服務也特別贊！下一站泰山仍然毫不猶豫選全季。

圖1是進入房間後看到的床單，圖2是讓他們客房大姐重新換了之後的樣子。 酒店一直和我爭辯説他們就是一客一換了的，但我相信明眼人都能看出來！圖3是發現房間的紗窗有破損，及時向前台反應，前台經理説工程師下班了要明天才能維修，結果第二天一整天他們都沒有聯繫我、沒有任何一位工作人員上來看。
其次就是房間隔音問題，酒店樓層安排不太合理，頂樓25樓是餐廳、公共廁所、健身房、宿舍等，以至於24樓甚至23樓都能聽到餐廳各種嘈雜的聲音！想途個晚睡的朋友會被吵醒。
還有房間內的空調運作聲音很大、晚上如果對聲音要求比較高的也是會難以接受！
最後就前台服務而言，不知道是不是因為培訓不到位呢、還是就不想服務？… 比如：我在更換房間的過程中在淋浴房不慎遺落下了牙膏和潔面乳，客房交到了前台手上，當時我換房時間是18點半左右，結果到了晚上凌晨12點還沒有把私人物品還給我、速度再慢的大姐也不可能在一個房間打掃5/6個小時吧？！無非就2個原因：要麼就是故意的、要麼就是忘了。無論哪個理由都是前台對顧客的不上心、不負責！
他們店長給我打電話我也事無鉅細的、很認真的和他説明，但似乎他對於顧客提出的誠懇建議顯得有點不屑一顧、甚至作為顧客可以明顯感受到店長的不真誠（蘋果手機錄音是有提示音告知對方的、店長打我電話在錄音開啟時發出了提示音、當然我做人做事坦坦盪盪的從沒有這麼多心眼子、我衹是真實客觀的訴説事情和感受、你要錄音儘管錄音吧、衹不過給人發現了也希望能像我坦然承認不要假裝誤操作啦、這樣真的很搞笑很尷尬！哈哈哈！要知道店長更是代表了這家店的形象）也從一些該酒店的管理細節看出沒有特別關心及負責。
本來是想和他們好好溝通的，但對他們經理的一句話印象深刻：寫差評沒事 這是你的自由。

陪家人去濟南考個試，選了這家全季離考點很近。挺滿意的，環境衞生都還好，還送了兩個早餐，早餐蠻不錯，吃的還可以。前台小姑娘服務也很熱情。比較滿意的一次入住。順便提兩點建議:一是夏天要注意房間冰箱的製冷效果。二是房間的設施要注意勤檢查維護，比如閉路電視。希望未來做的更好。

地下停車場標牌不醒目，跟**一樣嚇**，晚上十一點到酒店，提前定了四間房居然還有一個房間沒有收拾出來，早飯品種少，食材不新鮮，出停車場前台還把車牌錄入錯了，導致等了一會，微信回覆不及時，大無語，體驗感非常差

陪孩子高考期間入住考點附近的這家酒店，有種到家的感覺。酒店衞生環境等硬件設施沒得説，服務也非常人性化，為了給早八點的考生家長提供方便，早餐提前到六點半開餐！十號下午三點半最後一場考試，酒店免費給延時到兩點半，保證孩子休息時間！感謝！！！
