環境：一家民國風的酒店，從大門到大堂再到小院和房間都是美麗的風景，可以出片的那種。
設施：設施都是齊全的，如果usb插座能多些就更好了。
衞生：整體還是不錯的，唯一不足的地方就是馬桶，住了兩天堵了兩次，也是頭一次遇到。
位置：最值得推薦的地方，一日遊路網上的一家酒店，去趵突泉、大明湖、芙蓉街、寬厚裏都是步行可到，走累了還能回酒店休息一下。
缺點是沒有自己的停車場，合作的停車場步行10分鐘內可到，一小時6元，22點到8點免費。

洗漱用品一應俱全，環境古香古色，有電視劇里民國風諜戰片的感覺。
服務態度熱情，周圍有很多小吃店，離咱家王新國把子肉就100米，非常好吃，也可以過馬路去逛寬厚裏，離恆隆，芙蓉街都很近。

酒店外面門臉做的挺漂亮的，酒店內裝飾復古，最後一天晚上電視沒信號了，我在外面聯繫的酒店，還特意等我回來才叫人進屋處理的，挺好

這毛巾是垃圾堆裏撿的嗎？破破爛爛的！根本沒法用。酒店的裝修還可以，周圍吃的很方便，環境也算可以，離大明湖很近

和朋友來濟南遊玩，選擇了離商圈比較近的酒店，確實很方便，對面就是世貿，購物吃飯都方便。房間是民國風，隔音不太好，衞生可以。

房子位置很好，離大明湖不遠，樓下就餐也方便。房間有點民國風，我個人而言覺得有點壓抑，或者説不是王者富貴命覺得壓不住房子，不過對於一家人出行剛剛好。一點點不足，牆圍、窗户等一些部位衞生不夠完美，有落灰現象。
