房東服務很好，但是房子入住體驗差。首先地板是臟的都發黴了，我們需要用冰箱冷凍海鮮，冰箱是有但是裏面很多黴菌，也都是黴味。第二，廁所有異味，本來想洗個澡，感覺不乾淨也沒洗。第三，廚房的鍋看着很臟，不敢用，衹用了小電鍋。第四，父母睡的那屋，床單都是腳丫子味，沒有換床單。第五，小屋床單直接壓在床上，感覺設計不合理，床單放在床上睡覺感覺也不衞生。最後我們是衝著優選pro去的，這是我體驗最差的一次，我不知道為什麼會有這麼高分，我不是噴子也不是故意黑，衹是希望認真打掃衞生，對住客負責。

屋內衞生乾淨，沒有任何異味，房東回覆及時，出入方便，小區安全對面就是市中法院，睡得舒服，房間很滿意，還會在入住，推薦！！！

長時間出差還是住民宿舒服，再來濟南還會入住的，房屋設施都挺全的，第一感覺不錯，房東回覆很及時，小區綠化不錯，房子挺温馨的，推薦！
