Very satisfied with the hotel, very quiet and comfortable
Facilities: There is an electric toilet with complete facilities; there is a living room in front of the guest room for business work.

濟南很好玩，有北方城市的大氣也有江南水鄉的秀美，我是對老建築很感興趣的所有看見老洋房就想住住看，首先這個樓就是藝術品很美，是山東東豐大銀行的舊址，彷彿穿越到電影裏面。裏面也別有洞天我辦理入住的時候專門有年輕人來打卡，裝修的很有品味，房間也乾淨整潔。重點是前台的大哥非常好很熱情，有什麼需求也第一時間處理，退房那天早上帶孩子去山東博物館參觀回來晚了，也沒有催促。總之是很好的體驗，下次來濟南還住這裏。附近的經三路也很好逛，彷彿到了上海的感覺

很有特點的民宿，這個價格能住進百年老建築裏，還是 挺物有所值的，不過白天有很多不是住客的人來參觀拍照還是有點吵

住個老洋房的特色，門口有免費停車場，內部環境也很有特色，房間乾淨衞生。走的時候孩子把電話手錶落下了，酒店工作人員熱心的幫忙郵寄了回來。非常棒。

進房就是一股尿味+襪子味+黴味，衞生情況令人擔憂。毛巾像鹹菜一樣，不知用了多久了。服務一塌糊塗，前台的任務就是和客人吵架或者抬槓。台盆可以從枱面上抬起來。總之不是人住的地方，標準差太遠了。建議不要踩雷。價格基本趕上凱賓斯基了。
