Look at the smog-filled place, just like a fairyland. When I entered the room, the clothesline from the previous guest was still there, and there were many water stains on the sanitary ware. The cups were also dirty, and the drawer where they were placed was full of dust. In addition, this hotel seems to have just been renovated and a lot of finishing work has not been completed. The burrs on the tiles irritate your hands, the cracks on the sink, the burrs on the wooden boards, etc. Finally, the elevator just went up for 5 minutes and could not go down again. Guess what? The elevator was broken and could not be repaired overnight.

The hotel is not far from the highway intersection, about 10 minutes. When I passed by, I searched for a Hampton and got off the highway. The newly opened price is relatively favorable, similar to other Hampton by Hilton hotels. It has a laundry room and is more convenient. 超出預期的優秀，來靖邊打算去統萬城，到了酒店聽了David介紹後決定更改地方，為了方便起早，特定定了一個鬧鐘讓酒店前廳把我們叫起來，酒店在轉盤邊上，交通算是便利了，房間面積一般，但使用足夠了，比較新也很乾凈，樓道見到我出去有問要不要帶幾瓶水，看到我帶孩子給我增加了一個小童拖鞋和牙刷，洗髮水挺貼心滴，早餐比較豐富，品種挺多滴，機器人可以送到房間。前廳人員挺好滴，給我還送了一個地方的特色鍋巴吃，這已經比一些酒店的服務好多了，十分感謝

酒店整體硬件設施比較新，開業一段時間了，整體非常乾淨的感覺，所有東西都能放心使用的安心感。 定的兩間房是不同房型，前台小哥哥為了我們方便給其中一間做了升級。在前台説需要拼床，到房間已經有服務員在操作了。到房間後，需要各種東西，前前後後忙了半天人，送水果，送快遞…次次都會帶着小禮物來。 每一處細節都能體現出管理到位，也有着人情味。 而且酒店過馬路就是個全球購可以買很多商品，如果沒帶足洗漱可以去這裏買，問了酒店附近吃的推薦得是兄弟羊肉麪，味道確實不錯吃着沒有羶味，挺好吃滴。酒店早餐有雜麪味道也不錯，西式糕點也有好幾種吃着口感也不錯，服務人員David主動幫我們把房間行李分到兩個房間，還幫我們定了附近的波浪谷車， 總之，是一家服務至上無可挑剔的酒店。

服務很有耐心，第一次去靖邊玩，讓我和家人很喜歡，對我們這樣的老年人服務人員特別友好。很感謝歡朋的服務。早餐也好吃，品種多。 洗衣房也特別好用。剛好有臟衣服，服務員還幫我洗了。毛巾還給了我多餘的。老公的刮鬍刀忘記帶了，還給了刮鬍刀。真的特別好。下次來靖邊繼續住！

原本衹是奔着波浪谷來的，隨便定了個酒店沒想到各方面都遠超預期！ 房間不算特別大，但格局配套相當出色： 沙發坐着很舒服，獨立衣帽間不大但完全夠用 浴缸很貼心地配備了防滑墊，還多增加了一個地巾， 電視投屏看電影很方便 以聽音樂舒緩心情 水果都是免費供應的 ，洗澡水也很快熱了水温很合適，在室外10度的天氣裏也足夠暖和 自助早餐相當豐盛美味，暫時是我吃過最好的酒店自助餐，強烈推薦一試 酒店的服務質量到了非常誇張的程度，用無微不至和賓至如歸來形容不為過，任何不經意間流露的訴求都能被立刻滿足，這裏舉2個細節： 吃自助餐時我們看上了窗外的一棵樹，隨口詢問是否是槐花樹，餐廳的小姐姐幫我們東奔西走還打了幾個電話最後幫我們確定了是什麼樹，而且全程微笑服務！ 有一天晚上我們打包了食物，打前台電話表示需要加熱後，5分鐘內前廳David就來房間取走食物，加熱後還提供了筷子和餐盤，相當細節 ，但仍難以表達我的愉悦心情,目前開業活動，價格比較優惠，性價比很高我的建議衹有親自來入住體驗！
