萬楓酒店是我們每次過來景德鎮的不二之選，但這一次入住就有點失望了，停水導致水壓不穩定、水龍頭🚰開出來的水是銹水（開了大概10分鐘後才變正常），這次訂的雙人房一進房也給嚇到了，漏水導致牆壁出現的掉灰、發黴，看着有點🤢。最後酒店工作人員也很快幫忙解決問題，換了好的房間給我們，衝著服務還會繼續選擇萬楓的

多收了1500元房費，我自己發現的，沒有任何道歉，也不回覆微信。還是第二天自己去前台又問。
景德鎮很好，酒店設施也還行，就是服務跟不上啊。錢都能收錯，也沒有任何歉意。。。服了！

時隔一年，二刷景德鎮，仍然選擇的是萬楓。基本設施，衞生狀況，服務態度還是保持了原有水準，在眾多瓷都酒店中，它主打一個性價比，衹要不是節假日，各方面都符合預期。

我們入住的時候沒有仔細檢查房間床單的乾淨程度睡覺的時候發現了很多臟的床單和被套的印記 太晚了凌晨一點了沒給前台打電話 但是這很影響我們的居住體驗感。早餐過後和經理反映，她表示是洗滌廠的問題 會整改 但是我還是覺得很影響我的入住體驗感 隔音也很差 對面就是居民樓。相較於杭州等一線城市的萬楓還是很遜色的，值得更精進的改進

設施齊全，乾淨清爽，在景德鎮北站和陶溪川中間，自駕比較方便，景德鎮是個寶藏小城，有文化底藴，又有網紅元素，物價也親民，碰到的當地人都很熱情

離各景區距離都不遠，服務設施中規中矩，高鐵站就在附近，美中不足是周邊沒有好的餐廳，吃飯得開車出去。
