這家民宿真的物超所值，空間超大，感覺有60平。非常乾淨，是我住過最乾淨的民宿，肉眼幾乎看不到什麼灰塵。令人驚喜的是廁所還有男士小便池。以後來景德鎮就認定這家了。

訂的公寓住房，很寬敞，很乾凈，唯一不足的是，中午到店後，發現有個外賣單在房間裏沒打掃，竟然是我入住前的一個小時樣子。店主太忙沒來及打掃吧。前台小哥哥很禮貌很周到通過微信發來房號密碼，以及注意事項。酒店周邊幾乎是老城區最繁華的地方，撫州弄就在下一個小路口，距離各個景點都格外近。老街老弄堂都可以逛逛。停車在地下車庫，出門有停車券，很周到。沒有訂早餐，撫州弄裏很多好吃的，對於吃貨來説是我的幸福。

太太太讚了！！我愛店主！！超可愛！！然後，地址位置很方便，中心區域步行2分鐘都可以到，房間也超讚的，很大，很乾凈。東西不夠了直接告訴房東就會送過來

給人一種窗明幾凈的感覺，房間看起來很新，沒有異味，很好的公寓樓，唯一建議的是女孩子結伴出行哦，樓道有點暗。

住了很多天，相當的滿意。
其一是免費停車，在這市中心的位置相當舒服，下雪的那天，車在地下車庫相當的安心。
其二是地理位置好，樓下是國際貿易中心，買中端瓷器的話比那幾個旅遊點反而更好，網紅的各種美食也大多在附近，還有陶陽裏景點也在附近。
房間兩層，空間特別大，設施齊全，尤其要表揚的是燈光佈置的好，很多酒店不注重這個。
不過有兩個問題比較討厭，一個是空調噪音大到不行，拖拉機似的，衹能睡覺的時候把空調關上。還有一個是熱水器很差勁，温度很難調，不是燙就是涼，而且水温還會逐漸降低，大概十分鐘後就沒熱水了…

複式房間，密碼鎖？有空調、冰箱、洗衣機、電熱水器、自動麻將桌、落地窗。空調暖風效果好，在屋內不用穿外套。
在市中心黃金地段，到御窯、中國陶瓷博物館、陶川文化藝術中心街區都很近。離網紅美食打卡：浙江路“回家吃飯”（適合午餐）、歐記大排檔”）適合晚餐”很近；早餐可以到“譚婆餃子粑”，餃子粑、涼粉、拌麪、肉餅湯都是必吃的。😄
