Then when we arrived, they upgraded our room without any reason. It was also a twin room, but one upstairs and one downstairs. Then, I showed the boss the picture on the Ctrip order, and the boss said that there was such a room type, but the air conditioner in the room was broken. He said that he would change it back to the original one when the air conditioner was repaired tomorrow (we booked two nights). As a result, the next day, we wanted to change the room before going out, but the boss said that we couldn’t change it yet because the previous guests hadn’t checked out yet. Didn’t they say that the air conditioner was broken? Why were there guests there? I felt cheated the whole time. If they told the truth and said that our room was given to other guests, perhaps we could understand, but it feels very unreal to lie like this.
