空調開到17度是極限了，還是不冷並且一直漏水，用大杯奶茶杯接着。因為空調原因，被子太厚所以睡着很熱，靠潑水廣場附近，過了22點就不太鬧了。廁所和浴室乾濕分離，缺點是洗澡的活動噴頭不能調高度，衹能把水調小，不調小直接沖頭，跟老闆説了也沒用，所幸衹定了兩天，後面換了。介意空調和噴頭的建議換家，價格變動也挺大的，周圍酒店很多，多比對。

位置很便利，就在潑水廣場附近，打車去曼聽公園和告莊西雙景都很近。公寓有些年份了，裏面的設施比較舊了，牆面也有殘留，不過價格在這裏。一層樓很多住户，有住家的話，有公司，人員比較雜，早上比較吵，注意安全。
