Recently, housing prices in Banna have skyrocketed. We booked a total of two rooms and stayed for two nights.
1⃣️Go to the front desk to check in at about 18:30 on the first day. There is only one middle-aged woman at the front desk (job number 332 or 322?), and her work attitude is extremely bad. She asked me three times and couldn’t remember the name of the person who made the reservation. Search in the heap folder, which means it cannot be found. During the period, we dealt with the issue that other customers' room cards could not open the door, and left us alone, without any apology. When she searched for the documents for the third time, she finally found the reservation information, and the whole check in took about 15 minutes.
