早餐符合預期，房型升級從15樓升到21樓，房間其實是一樣的～樓下有足療店，價格正常，按得不錯，隔壁的酒店可吃飯，價格有點高，但量大，味道也不錯～

總的來説還行吧，服務員談不上熱情但是有一定的商務禮儀，維持基本的禮貌。酒店可能比較新，一進房間味道比較重，我是過敏體質，可能因為酒店新的原因，第二天身上有點癢，早餐還不錯。

很多年沒回老家了。朋友推薦住了這家。比外地的維也納要更高一個檔次。
設施：設施很齊全。而且很新。
衞生：衞生絕對Ok。比很多五星級酒店都乾淨。
環境：環境很好。後面的山景很漂亮。
服務：最喜歡早點裏的牛肉粉。老家的味道。
走的時候東西很多。服務員幫我處理了寄回服務。

房間的設施還是比較好的，而且地處交通比較便利的 地方，出行也比較方便。 酒店的設施也比較新，每天的打掃服務也比較好，而 且房間的朝向背街安靜，採光充足，也沒有被街上雜的地方吵 到，樓下就有停車位，房間的空調給力，熱水充足水壓大，房間乾淨舒適。比較適合獨自旅行或者商務出差來住宿。
而且樓下便利店和餐飲店比較多，出行也很方便，實在是出差首選住宿的好酒店。

回家鄉過春節，剛好碰上大雪，這視野無敵了。重要的是前台小姐姐和客房服務人員非常的好，房間也很乾凈，早餐種類很多。樓下有地下停車場，停車位充足，也不用擔心車被凍住。

房間續住，評價相同。該房間很寬敞，設施齊全，特別是衞生間的智能馬桶很實用，歐式風格，整體環境乾淨，停車場很大停車很方便。前台服務員還免費送了早餐，性價比高。

過年期間住過很滿意再來住的，酒店設施沒有問題，預訂時特別定了可升級的房間實際前台並沒有升級。因為之前住過所以知道升級後樓層高衞生間大。衹住一晚我們住個衞生間大或小的房間是沒所謂的，但是前台説升了級實際沒有挺無語。我們有行李，大包小包給了個尾房在消防通道口消防門大開，沒有安全性私密性可言。半夜12點隔壁有人入住，聽音樂開關門聽的清清楚楚。入住後洗澡的時候花灑突然從牆上斷下來，又叫了工程部上來修。跟過年時隔了半年入住，感覺酒店服務意識的培訓沒有跟上。浪費了酒店的硬件設施。
