服務員跟我講酒店開業有六七年了，入住房間，感覺陳設不錯，我住的這間房因為一些特殊原因給我免費升級了的，真心覺得不錯，晚上我在酒店前庭散了一會步，感覺非常好，空氣好，環境特別好，沒有城市的喧囂，可惜沒拍照。客房服工作人員的服務給我感覺很舒心，在縣城住到這樣品質的酒店真心不錯的。就我自己的住店感受，綜合講是值得推薦的。

再次來到靖州還是選擇和儂酒店，交通非常方便，下了高速沒多遠就到酒店了，房間裏面寬敞亮堂，窗户外面景色很好，衞生間裏面乾濕分離，設計很合理，住起來特別舒服、一次性住了5天

每次出差來靖州都是下榻這個酒店，這一次過來不小心把腳崴了，本來想着試着問一下酒店有沒有治療鐵打損傷的葯，想不到還真的有，不光幫我送了葯，服務員還貼心的給我揉了一會腳，真心被感動到了，必須給個好評。哈哈哈。
