How did this hotel get the four-star rating? The design, facilities and management are a mess! This is the most expensive but the worst hotel I stayed in during the Spring Festival. There was no electricity in one of the power sockets at the head of the bed; the four-star hotel only had a compact diamond shower room that leaked; the wash basin was also leaking, and it was still leaking after being repaired, making the bathroom full of water; there were no switches on both sides of the head of one of the twin beds, so the lights could not be turned on or off; there were a total of 3 lights in the room, which were very dim, and only one switch could be controlled for the two lights above the bed; the towels were thin and short, and I couldn't even reach them to rub my back; the air conditioner sounded like a tractor; there was not even a writing stool in the room; the trash can at the elevator entrance was very dirty...
