We have stayed at Capella, Al Maha, Atlantic Royal, etc. before, and this time we had a great stay with our children. The hotel's location is ideal, and you can see the mist-shrouded mountains every day when you wake up. The hotel is very quiet. There were almost no guests staying in the hotel for the first few days. The room has a large terrace. Since I have been out and about, I will have a chance to enjoy it next time. The bedding is comfortable and the toiletries are very thoughtful, especially for children. The food selection is a bit simple but has a wide range of local to western flavours. This time, I am very grateful to the housekeeper Sybil for his warm service and comprehensive assistance during our four-day stay. We would also like to thank the concierge manager Shi for preparing a sumptuous portable dinner when we left for the airport. I will choose the Ritz Hideaway Hotel next time I have the chance.

Very bad travel experience Service is almost 0 Bathroom sewers in rooms with over 10,000 yuan are still clogged The key is that the newly opened hotel has a great decoration smell I always sleep with the window open. Jiuzhaigou is very cold and humid at night. Stayed in so many luxury hotels across the country I really regret this time Because the occupancy rate is super low and the breakfast is rubbish and there is not much variety. We also went to the Tibetan Experience and mountain hiking. In the evening, the housekeeper helped us put in a bubble bath. There was a great aromatherapy spray before going to bed. Every day was like heaven and earth. We look forward to coming back next time.

The environment is beautiful and the location is very advantageous. The butler Sharry Xue is friendly and courteous. The drivers and uncles are very attentive. The concierge brother and the restaurant waiter sister are very nice. The children like them very much!

Butler William provides help in every possible way from before booking to after leaving the store, which is very awesome! I really like Azuo from the restaurant.
