"Having stayed in some of the best hotels nationwide, and even worldwide, the Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Jiuzhaigou completely exceeded my expectations this time. While not the most expensive, it truly stands out as the best. Its unique location and environment speak for themselves. The rooms were spotless, and every amenity was exceptionally functional. The staff training is impeccable; every employee genuinely cares for guests, offering thoughtful, warm, and prompt service. This level of management is clearly extraordinary. A special commendation goes to my butler, Xiao Wei, a handsome, cheerful, and emotionally intelligent local young man. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel facilities and local attractions, providing immense help. He was always responsive and efficient 👍, making my entire stay incredibly reassuring. Also, the executive chef at the Western restaurant, from Guangdong, is an amazing cook and loves to share. Upon learning of my dietary requirements, he quickly made adjustments – I truly felt well taken care of, which is incredibly touching when you're away from home. Furthermore, Lady Gaga, the lovely ******* lady at the Chinese restaurant, is incredibly cute, witty, and even treated me to coffee. With so many amazing 'treasure' employees, this hotel is truly unforgettable. I will definitely choose the Reserve again for my next trip to Jiuzhaigou ❤️. It genuinely felt like coming home… very few hotels can truly make guests feel so warmly cared for. This is the pinnacle of the service industry 👍."

"The hotel is directly opposite 'Impression Lijiang', which is a great location. The rooms are spacious and feature smart home technology. There's also a laundry room. The facilities, location, and value for money are all good, but there's room for improvement in the service: 1. When booking, it showed a shared shuttle service from Jiuzhai-Huanglong Airport, but it wasn't specified that it was a third-party service requiring additional payment. 2. For departures to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, there was only one shuttle bus. Given the morning peak hour traffic, its operational capacity was clearly insufficient. We later discussed this with the hotel, and they covered the cost for us and another two guests (four people in total) to take a taxi to the scenic area. 3. Previous reviews mentioned that breakfast wasn't great, and my personal experience confirms it's quite average. However, considering the ambiance, location, and value for money, it's still generally acceptable."

"The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the rice noodles which were incredibly delicious 😋. There's an outdoor hot spring, but we arrived late at night and didn't have time to use it. The owner was exceptionally warm and welcoming; even though we showed up in the middle of the night, they greeted us with great enthusiasm and thoughtfulness."

"It's tucked away in an alley, so you'll need to rely on your GPS to find it. The lobby is quite nice. My room was on the third floor, and there's no elevator, but the front desk lady was very kind and helped me with my luggage. The room itself was decent. This full-length mirror is fantastic; it makes you look taller and slimmer – I felt like I gained 20cm! However, the bathroom counter tends to collect water which then drips onto the floor, and the sink makes a very loud noise. The bathroom slippers were a bit dirty with white spots; I picked at one and it came off, so I didn't dare wear them. One of the bath towels had a yellowish stain. On the second day, the water pressure for the shower was extremely low at first but returned to normal after about five minutes. The toilet flushes as soon as you sit on it, causing splashing."

"Staying at the Ji Hotel (Scenic Area Tourist Center Branch) exceeded my expectations. Its location is a huge plus; it's a quick 4-5 minute Didi ride away, and you can walk to the scenic area in about 20 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making dining very convenient. The hotel's decor follows Ji Hotel's signature warm, natural wood style, and the faint tea scent upon entering is very soothing. The guest rooms have great natural light, are impeccably clean, and the soundproofing is good, allowing for a comfortable rest after a tiring day of hiking. They also provide ample bottled water, which is a thoughtful touch for the high altitude. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including not only standard items but also local specialty noodles, ensuring you're well-fed and energized for exploring the scenic area. The free self-service laundry and drying facilities are very new, allowing you to dry dirty clothes the same day, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff's service was just right – friendly without being intrusive. They patiently assisted with luggage storage and route inquiries. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, making your trip worry-free and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Jiuzhaigou."
