The rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is great, close to the scenic area. You can park at the hotel or drive to the Grand Hotel parking lot to access the scenic area. Highly recommend!"

"The room was excellent, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The proprietress was incredibly kind. We missed the shuttle bus to the scenic spot in the morning, and she even paid for a taxi for us out of her own pocket. It was a really thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend!"

"Traveling to Jiuzhaigou, it's very convenient for dining, lodging, and banking in the county town. I was particularly impressed by a short-haired lady at the front desk; she seemed so familiar, and always anticipated guests' needs perfectly. She helped me a lot, thank you. The room was clean and spacious, and the view was also good. There's free parking downstairs with an uncle directing traffic. My suggestion is that the hotel entrance has steps; I hope they consider making it wheelchair accessible. Overall, I'm satisfied and give it a full five-star rating!"

"The hotel is huge. You can't hear the lobby performances from the room at all. The room itself is large and luxuriously decorated, although some of the facilities are a bit old. It has floor heating and a small balcony outside. The breakfast offers a wide variety, but the taste wasn't great. The cups for coffee and soy milk were too small; they were gone in two sips. The complimentary afternoon tea was also just okay. Overall, the food quality doesn't match the hotel's caliber."

"This U+ Hotel really gives you peace of mind. The bedding in the room is clean and hygienic, and even the corners are tidied up very neatly. There's a restaurant next door with evening performances, but the windows are reasonably soundproof. The only downside: some rooms are blocked by a building next door, so if that bothers you, check the room descriptions when booking. I'd give full marks for the service and facilities; they even help with parking. It's very suitable for family trips. I'll definitely come again!"
