"I forgot to take pictures of the room itself, so please bear with these screenshots I sent to a friend. This is what it looks like from the room. It's super convenient, only about a 200-meter walk from the official scenic area shuttle bus stop, and there are lots of food options nearby, plus a breakfast place right downstairs. The hotel is also just a ten-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou ticket entrance, all on main roads, very easy to get to. I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's service! It was raining and a bit chilly the day we arrived, and we hadn't even thought to ask for the heating to be turned on in advance. When we mentioned at the front desk that it was a bit cold, they had already turned the heating on for us. Seriously, who understands that feeling?!"

"This is a fantastic hotel, conveniently located just 500 meters from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, a quick five-minute walk. While it's a bit pricey, seeing other hotels' shuttle buses stuck in traffic in the morning instantly made me feel like it was worth every penny. The hotel's interior design and furnishings are excellent. It boasts a complete XiaoDu smart home system, so you can control the AC, lights, and curtains just by speaking – super convenient. The cleanliness is also top-notch, truly justifying the price; no compromise on quality just because it's near a scenic spot. Finally, I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady. Upon check-in, she proactively upgraded me to a scenic view room and shared many helpful tips and important notes about the scenic area. She was incredibly accommodating and had a wonderful attitude towards all my requests. There was a small hiccup when I missed the last bus from the scenic area that evening, and the front desk lady not only helped me contact the scenic area to find a taxi but also stayed on the phone to reassure me. She was so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful – highly recommend!"

Jiuzhaigou is stunning, but we had one tiring day, so coming back to a yak hotpot was incredibly therapeutic. Our butler, Tashi, provided perfect service – he's a real sweetheart! And the hotel pet, Huahua, is so cute. We're already planning to come back in autumn to enjoy the snow and colorful waterfalls."

We left at 6:40 AM and walked along Bianbian Street, listening to the sound of flowing water, and arrived at Jiuzhaigou. Definitely a five-star rating! ❤️"

"This hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. The family room was incredibly spacious, and the service was outstanding! We arrived very late in Jiuzhaigou and couldn't find any food, but thankfully, they offered a late-night congee service. The food quality was great, and the lobby restaurant had a lovely ambiance. The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the scenic area entrance, so after a long day of exploring, we could just walk back – no need for a taxi! Highly recommended!!"

The room size is average, but the bed is large and comfortable, and the bedding is cozy. The shower water is very hot, making for a comfortable shower. 3. The facilities are complete. 4. The front desk lobby environment is nice. The furniture has good texture. 5. There are a few parking spaces at the entrance. If they are full, the hotel staff will guide you to other parking areas. 6. The service is enthusiastic. 7. The breakfast isn't luxurious, but it's very satisfying. Here's a suggestion: there are too few places in the room to put bags, only one chair, and the shelf under the TV is a bit narrow. This could be improved."

"This newly opened hotel, right next to the Ji Hotel, boasts clean rooms. They offer a convenient shuttle service to the scenic area in the mornings. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart are the thoughtful details. Knowing that guests would be doing a lot of walking at Jiuzhaigou, they provided a massage gun for relaxation. When checking out, anticipating long journeys for guests, they even gave out mugwort eye masks. Overall, the attention to detail was exceptional, and I was quite satisfied with my choice. My only suggestion for improvement would be to replenish the breakfast items more frequently, as there wasn't much left when I went later."

Not only is the scenery stunning, but it's also perfect for health and wellness retreats. Here, you can slowly rejuvenate your body and mind after a long period of stress. If you want to slow down and rejuvenate, I highly recommend staying at Kunyuan Mountain Residence for a few days. I'll definitely come back again."

"The hotel is huge. You can't hear the lobby performances from the room at all. The room itself is large and luxuriously decorated, although some of the facilities are a bit old. The complimentary afternoon tea was also just okay. Overall, the food quality doesn't match the hotel's caliber."

"The hotel is over ten years old, with outdated interior decor. It wasn't opened in 2024. The shops in the hallways are also in poor condition, including an arcade with arcade games. The complimentary snacks were moldy and mildewed. The overall experience was terrible. The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly, the electric curtains were a later addition, and the wireless button was just a sticker and had no power. How did you rate it? I booked it based on the ratings and opening date, but you have to be honest, right? I rarely write such long negative reviews; I usually give positive reviews by default. Your hotel is probably the first one. I contacted the front desk to add breakfast, and they gave me a phone number, but it was switched off. I haven't been accepted on WeChat. They said I could come to the front desk, but don't they know how far the rooms are from here? Finally, they gave me a WeChat contact and added breakfast for 138 RMB per person—what garbage! The service, environment, hygiene, and facilities are all subpar."
