前台小劉接待很熱情，服務很周到，我們在九旅悦行上訂的大巴去趕高鐵，又要在一個叫見九寨的地方上大巴車，早上很早的車，不知道怎麼去見九寨趕大巴，熱情的幫助我們説早上可以酒店免費送過去，非常感謝！酒店有空調，安靜，睡得很好！

房間很乾凈，鄰着大山好美。空氣也好。很涼快，夏天來不用開空調。服務特別周到，早餐也很好吃，種類挺多。總體特別滿意。還幫忙定大巴車，還有免送接送到九寨溝的車。

酒店位於距離景區大門約4公里的一片酒店區，沒有那麼熱鬧，優點是避開擁擠遊客羣，相對清靜，去景區有接駁車。吃飯的選擇當然會少些，附近有小飯店，酒店斜對面有家老兵烤羊排生意火熱，過了五點半居然要排隊等位。酒店自己的餐廳也可以，很多住店客人就在店內用餐。我們也在餐廳吃了一頓菌子雞湯鍋，味道不錯。
酒店裝修感覺很新，設施較為齊全。提出誇獎的是他家的洗衣房，配了兩台單洗衣機，兩台烘乾機，另兩台洗烘一體機，算得上比較專業的洗衣房了。夏季出門旅遊，能很好解決每天洗換衣物的問題，提升好感度。

入住體驗是很不錯的，床很舒服，服務很好，酒店還有大巴送遊客去景區。
位置比較偏僻，附近沒有吃的，也沒有大巴停靠點。
智能家居有點沒必要哈，房間的馬桶一坐上去就滋水，房間一插卡就會自動拉開窗簾，打開電視機。真的沒必要哈。

酒店地理位置優越離景區很近，大概五六分鐘的車程，酒店提供景區直達車。大廳設購物機很方便。並且升級了房間。下次要來嚐嚐酒店旁邊的老兵燒烤。
