Love the architecture of the hotel. To us it was a holiday itself around the hotel with their evening show, nice restaurants. We enjoyed our afternoon tea too

來之前對比了幾家差不多的酒店，最終決定就這家，以前過來玩錯過了洲際，這次一定要住一次。酒店性價比很高，房間非常乾淨，服務也很周到，不愧是老牌子，下次還會再選擇這裏。

向山而行，返璞避世，天上瑤池，人間九寨，工作之餘，來九寨溝玩幾天，九寨千古情結束後，入住了洲際九寨溝酒店，整體硬件設施比較好，周邊環境原生態設計，管家還給升級了高樓層的房間，早餐種類豐富，也符合胃口，氂牛酸奶別具一格，最最重要的是管家Lisa全程貼心服務，從入住前到入住後，都給酒店加分不少。人文關懷，温暖旅途，期待下次入住，期待下次九寨之旅。

真的忍不住要來誇一誇九寨溝洲際酒店！這次旅行之所以如此順利、舒心，完全要歸功於酒店工作人員無微不至的服務，真正讓我們全家體驗到了什麼叫“賓至如歸”！
首先必須要提的是他們的服務態度！從下車開始，就有熱情的工作人員主動上前幫忙拿行李，一路引導至前台辦理入住。前台小姐姐不僅笑容甜美，還主動為我們詳細介紹了酒店的設施和周邊遊玩建議。最令人感動的是，當我們提到想去九寨溝景區和周邊景點看看時，工作人員居然主動幫我們規劃起了行程！🎯
他們真的非常為客户考慮——根據我們的停留時間、體力情況，甚至天氣狀況，推薦了最合理的遊玩路線，還貼心提醒我們要帶好防曬和雨具。更讓人驚喜的是，他們主動幫我們聯繫了可靠的車輛服務，協調好了出行時間，價格公道且司機師傅特別靠譜，完全省去了我們自己做攻略、找車的煩惱！🚗💨

酒店整體很大，環境非常好，房間也夠大，酒店整體像一個小型的室內花園。服務也很好，禮賓接待主動提行李，送房間介紹等非常熱情。酒店離景區還比較遠周邊也沒有商業和飯店，好在酒店自己的餐廳和送餐服務味道和菜量都非常好，吃的比較滿意。唯一缺點是酒店整體確實有些老，細節不如新酒店，洗澡熱水温度波動很大這點太減分了

房間比較老舊，設施設備比不上新開的酒店；但還是給5分了，因為前台小妹嘴比較甜；雖然酒店配套沒有什麼亮點，但是周邊環境是真的好，森林裏徒步很舒服，旁邊的景點也很漂亮，對房間要求高的就別來了，喜歡自然風光的非常推薦😁😁😁

暑期旺季過來的，這家酒店環境很好，房間都有小陽台，乾淨整潔，早上空氣很清新，去九寨溝車程20分鐘，比較方便；前台小姑娘有禮貌，笑容甜美；人手不太充足，每天看見的服務員從早到晚都是一批人；餐廳的選擇不多，晚餐就兩個，性價比還行
