Because it was past the cancellation time, I wanted to contact the hotel to pay for the difference. The hotel refused, and even said, "If we increase the price, do you still want it?" "How about giving us extra money?" Then he asked me to contact Ctrip, which refused to communicate with me and hung up the phone. What's even more outrageous is that after hanging up, the hotel doubled the prices of all room types. You would rather not sell the room than communicate with the customer. You chose this method to avoid the problem. In the end, Ctrip provided the price difference. Recommendation: If you want to travel here in autumn and winter, don't come here. The air conditioner doesn't work well, and people who are freezing can't sleep well all night, and the hygiene problem is very serious.
