服務很棒，第一天房間有問題，主動第二天換了親子房，環境沒的説，院子跟康萊德共享，環境非常好，住在風景裏了。早餐也很好吃，下次來九寨溝，希爾頓依然會是首選。大床特別棒，一家三口不成問題，雙床家庭房也佈置的不錯。就是裏面的枕頭臟了點，下次得注意。很推薦，小童遊樂場，還有很多小動物。

The room is big and comfortable. We have a room with nice mountain view. Every staff is very polite and we enjoy our stay a lot.

管家Zara很貼心，會提前加微信發簡介，也給找了景觀比較好的房間，能直接看到山景；
行李小哥Calvin很熱情，幫忙拿行李
酒店的餐廳還不錯，牛肉很多很豐盛，餐廳出去就是小鎮，晚上有篝火晚會很熱鬧；
房間安靜，能休息好； 進高原第一天沒能洗澡泡澡有點可惜
整體環境很舒服； 第二天去九寨溝景區打車，門口保安很貼心，會提醒我們問好司機價格，怕我們被坑。

酒店地理位置相當好周邊有個華美度假區裏面餐飲購物娛樂都有，希爾頓的品質還是可以的雖然是16年開業的但硬件設施依然不錯，酒店窗外能看到山，唯一的美中不足就是住在了B座去到大堂要在樓裏走半天。
