On the arrival at the hotel on my first day.. my room was not ready at 2pm and check-inn is at 12h00. In my first room 215, there was a huge patch of mold in my bathroom above my shower. I complained and advised I'm allergic to mold. I was given another room and had a terrible experience of discovering a mouse on my pillow at around 2am in the morning. I have a video as proof of the mouse in my room. I was unable to upload the video and took a screenshot of the mouse. I complained and went out for the day and when I returned the evening around 8pm, nothing was done, no mouse trap or poison was seen. The same morning I discovered the mouse, I went to shower, I had cold water. The indoor heated pool smells terribly like damp. The place is unkept and needs to be maintained, definitely not a 4 star, very disappointing. The housekeeping and receptionists are very friendly and do their best to assist, the manager is just not doing anything at all, can't reach him and won't do anything to compensate for any discomfort you experience.
