Nothing to do nearby, situation right beside a busy road next to the entry to the Malaysia customs.

Not bad , but very hot ,The service is good, but the hot water kettle is broken.Fortunately, someone came to replace it. Good service.

Room was super dirty, even the power switch is damn dirty. Cups were yellow, toilet door had a lot of stains. TV was also crooked. Very slow check-in, had only one staff keying in details while another was sitting at the computer and using his phone On check out day, housekeeping also keep knocking on the door in the morning and woke us up for room cleaning even though we were checking out 2 hours later. Wifi connection was also bad, the first night we couldnt even get connected at all. Even when using mobile data, signal was also very poor with only one bar.

The hotel is clean with complementary simple breakfast. Not really accessible by foot to main road. Need to grab to go out shopping. Recommended for short stay .

While the location is slightly off the main city areas, it’s absolutely worth it if you’re driving, as the peaceful surroundings add to the charm. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with excellent soundproofing—you won’t hear a thing from your neighbors. It’s a great place to relax and unwind after a long day. Highly recommend this cool and unique hotel for anyone looking for a stylish and quiet stay!

Lovely staff with warm welcome 🤗 I so surprised that they have complimentary breakfast ( simple : bread , cup noodle , coffee , tea , egg ) . Nearby KSL mall , R&F mall . Will come to stay again .

Location wise was the best. Bit good service friendly staff. Free breakfast. Room wise was okay. TV wasn't a smart TV so nothing much to watch. But cheap during non peak

Free biscuits, tea and coffee at the snack bar for guests only. Free breakfast consisting of toasts, half boiled eggs, tea and coffee DIY style. One Chinese eatery to the right and one Indian restaurant to the left of Hako. My room was kind of small but I soon got used to it. Got a new kettle because the one in the room was rusty or stained or both. The wardrobe was small too. The wifi was not strong enough for my use even though I stayed on the second floor and the hotel was about 3-storey high.

Not Great but Not that Bad either. We just needed a night's stay after some work meetings. Checked in after dinner and checked out at 7:00am next morning. Room : Place is a bit rundown, especially the bathroom. The shower water pressure was good, though. Comfortable bed and pillows. So all generally adequate enough for us. Food : Complimentary breakfast was not ready when we checked out (starts at 7:30am), so can't comment on food. Service : The girl at reception may have thought I was with the gentleman who was checking in at the next counter, so she didn't acknowledge me while I stood waiting. After a while I had to approach her and ask if I could check in. Nothing eventful. Interactions were pretty much limited to reception for checking in/out. I don't know if I would stay here again or recommend to anyone else - maybe only if on a budget and need a 1 night's stay at the last minute.
