Overall an average experience where u will need pay for extra towel or essentials..complimentary breakfast provided..bed uncomfortable

Lovely staff with warm welcome 🤗 I so surprised that they have complimentary breakfast ( simple : bread , cup noodle , coffee , tea , egg ) . Nearby KSL mall , R&F mall . Will come to stay again .

Overall good experience with Hako, nearby CIQ. Free parking available and simple breakfast.

Location wise was the best. Bit good service friendly staff. Free breakfast. Room wise was okay. TV wasn't a smart TV so nothing much to watch. But cheap during non peak

Free biscuits, tea and coffee at the snack bar for guests only. Free breakfast consisting of toasts, half boiled eggs, tea and coffee DIY style. One Chinese eatery to the right and one Indian restaurant to the left of Hako. My room was kind of small but I soon got used to it. Got a new kettle because the one in the room was rusty or stained or both. The wardrobe was small too. The wifi was not strong enough for my use even though I stayed on the second floor and the hotel was about 3-storey high.

The hotel we stayed was clean and neat. The location is near JB CIQ and convenient.

Decent, air con works well, second time here, quiet and not too crowded

Location and service is good, hygiene better than the branch which is near Perling.

Nicely designed lobby. Has complimentary simple breakfast and snacks. Very near JB causeway custom, but not near to the malls on foot. Room is quite small for the room type. The kettle was noisy vibrating when operating, need replacement. Sound proofing in the room is not that good. But overall , it's a nice hotel for short stay.

It was our first stay here and it was nice. Its comfortable, clean and value for our money paid. We are also offered free simple breakfast which was nice and definitely we are staying here again for our next trip

Hotel concept look very modern. Located quite near to the city but there is not nearby eatery. Can just order grabfood. Travel via grab too cos its located near the expressway i guess so walking is not advisable

Nice hotel to stay within a complimentary light breakfast like, bread, instant noodles, soft boiled eggs, biscuits, coffee and tea. The main problem always the wifi connection are very bad. Overall for this hotel are very good.

very nice place has a spa right beside it havent try yet didnt have time but next time will definitely try . 10minutes away from checkpoint very near and a quiet place just that the walls are thin , i overheard the person next door conversation when sleeping
