The facility was well-maintained and staff members were all very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Only complaint was location of room overlooking the main street meant a somewhat noisy night. Provision of ear plugs would be a nice amenity!

Staff were friendly and very helpful after I booked wrong date. Got me rebooked and into a room. Hotel was nice and room was clean and comfortable. Could use some darker curtains. Lots of light at night and direct sun in the morning.

The hotel itself is very nice and staff also. But, where it’s located is near main highway and a Main Street that people think is a drag *****. Our room faced the Main Street.

It is clean and quiet. Friendly staff. We seemed to have some confusion in the pool being open or closed, tho. I called thia morning and was told it was, indeed closed, like Travelocity said. And my husband said on his way up tonight he heard a staff member indicating it was open.

Comfortable hotel with good staff. The only downside was when I came down for breakfast, there was no regular coffee, it was out. Only decaf. I asked the attendant to bring more and she did, but it took about 15 minutes. I think she was busy with other stuff but coffee should always be available and there should be some one to keep on eye on the pots to make sure they will be filled before they run out.

Our rooms were nice and clean. Its nice having a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and they kept items stocked and the area clean. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the pool was closed. The hotel is in a great location close to a lot of restaurants. We would stay there again!
