The hotel itself is very new and clean, but it's worth noting that the on-site restaurants are not particularly impressive. For a more satisfying dining experience, you may want to consider dining outside the hotel or ordering food from nearby restaurants. The location is decent but does require access to a car or taxi. The customer relations team is generally kind and accommodating, although there are occasional lapses where they may overlook or forget your requests.

Overall, it's OK, quite satisfactory. It's close to Istanbul New Airport and a 10-minute drive from Maslak Business District. You can meet several airline crew members. The room is relatively small, but the service attitude is good, parking is free, and there is no view. It faces the construction site. It should be a commercial building in the future. There is a lot of dust and noise. Breakfast is also average, not much variety. There are Axis shopping mall, gas station, Carrefour and other facilities nearby. All in all it's okay to make do with it.

The room is very spacious and there is no charge for parking. There is a large shopping mall opposite but it is still a bit far to walk there.
