Service is good and helpful. I booked a double room with sakurajima view. The view is excellent. Location is near Kagoshima Chuo station and there has lots of restaurants and convenience stores. But the room quite small so it is difficult to open the suitcase.

Excellent location if visiting Kagoshima. Connected to train , bus and tram. 5 min walk from the main train station. Maybe a little dated but still clean.

I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kagoshima. The room was clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and it's super convenient for JR, the city tram, and the airport.
