I am a disappointed customer. I paid the hotel using my credit card , and when I arrived at night the receptionist claimed they don't accept credit card payment, so I had to pay again 2800 using MPesa. We agreed the management was to refund my money, come morning they said I just go the money will be released in the course of the day. Till now I have not received the refund.
