We stayed for 2 days. Enjoyed the room,. swimming pool and restaurant a lot. Breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing. The best we've ever had. Staff was extremely friendly. Room amenities was good too. The valley view from pool and garden was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property for your family vacations. We had been to ITC Fortune Resort Kalimpong (dated: from 29th to 31st May) I/we found out that everything at the property was absolutely top-notch May I also add here that, it actually befits the word “resort” Kudos to the entire management team of the Hotel (as well as the Travel desk) Thanks ITC FR Kalimpong

Great hospitality from each and every member of team Fortune.The stay was very comfortable and fun. From the diya lighting ceremony in the evening to the live music during the dinner,we had a great experience. Would love to come back for sure.

One of the best place you will find in Kalimpong, Darjeeling to stay with your family and friends. Very well groomed and friendly staff. Specially Executive chef Mr. Rezi Gomes and his team. He specifically took care of our food specially for my 2 year old daughter. Food was amazing. I have stayed with my family for 3 nights. The rooms were very big and the view was amazing. Definitely will visit again. Once again Thank you Mr. Gomes for your great hospitality.

We had a memorable and comfortable stay at Fortune Resorts, kalimpong.The location of the property in the mountains ***** with the beautiful garden was praise worthy.All the staffs were well mannered and cooperative.Kids enjoyed a lot in the garden and the swimming pool. Varieties of fresh and yummy foods in buffet added taste to the stay.

Very nice view and ambiance with great food, service and excellent hospitality. Swimming pool amidst the mountain is a speacial attraction. Special mention about Pratiksha, Dipankar and Rusan for taking care of all our requirements at Zodiac restaurant.

Great experience in fortune resort kalimpong, we had a great time, good ambience, nice weather as well as all the staffs are so hospitable. Specially restaurant staffs, and food also was good . Whatever we have asked for the same we got. Thanks to Arijit and chef.

Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Good customer engagement initiatives. Friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Ala carte food is very tasty. What could have been better - 1. Overpriced 2. Buffet menu could be better specially Dinner. 3. Hospitality service for in-room calls could improve 4. Water dripping issue from wash basin
