Bed sheets had hairs as well as the shower walls. Floors needed to be mopped they had sticky residue in spots. Plumbing fittings in shower were in need of repair as well as some trim boards were missing or poorly attached.

Visited Kanab for the Balloons and Tues Festival in February. Cabins are great location next to the launching area. Per friendly for an additional fee. Service was very good and manager very helpful.

We really enjoyed this little cabin. Parking is a little tight for hownits set up. Friendly staff, we had a very late check in, and they were very kind. Not many tv channels.

Check in was simple and the front desk gentleman was quiet, but nice. The cabin was large and for the most part, clean. It had its own hot water heater so a hot shower was not an issue like some hotels. Bed was comfortable but the 4 small pillows were a little disappointing. For the price, you can't go wrong here. I would stay again without hesitations!!

Had dresser drawers that would not close kept bumping into they are 50 years old with couches shower heads. I had to re do my key twice because of it not being done right and locking me out almost every other night. Said it had Wi-Fi and cable none of that works in the back half of the entire complex.

There were stains on the sheets and front desk representative got defensive when I mentioned my findings. He immediately told me he can not accommodate me with another room but I can leave the property and find another hotel to stay at.
