The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

Hotel is fantastic with soothing ambience and coming on the food it’s always fabulous. The staff was very impressive with their service. Chef Ajay Bhatt ***** with Chef Ajeem and service by Shivani. Food with the Starter and Main course was fantastic ***** with Deserts. Overall it was great experience.

Had a wonderful time at Radisson Kandla. It’s the epitome of hospitality; Chef Ajay, Chef Ashish, Sakhendu (service) were extremely helpful and accommodating. I had special dietary requests which they fulfilled happily. Amazing stay!

The food and service was too good and the chef ajay Bhatt , chef ajeeb and Priyanka were very sweet and very respectful towards us … the food was amazing .. the quality of food was also very nice love their food and service a lot .. will visit again for sure

We are a regular visitor at Radisson, Kandla. This time around we thought it is high time to rate them on this platform. Chef Ajay prepared an amazing array of buffet items and we were spoilt for choice. Shivani was our server for the day and she pampered us endlessly. Apart from enjoying the delicious delicacies the personal touch we experienced was simply par beyond excellence. We would always love to come again and again as a first choice at this beautiful place.
