A great stop in Kandy. The location is close to the lake and surrounded by lovely restaurants.
The pub on the roof provides a quiet getaway from the busy streets.

The location was good. The incubation meal was better than I expected. The bathroom was old and uncomfortable. If something breaks, the staff comes quickly. There is car noise.

I really love the customer service. Literally friendly and supportive. Food is also really good. For the first time I loved drinking tea. Walking distance to Dalada Maligawa so its really convenient. There's is a restaurant nearby if anyone prefer take dinner at mid night. So the location is so convenient for everything. This is a must visit hotel in Kandy.

The Late Night check-in was horrible, No one at the reception. And finally when he came, gave me the key and went to sleep without even waiting for me to check if the room was okay which is wasn’t and I had no one to complain to or ask something from. Language barrier is very huge. Evening staff especially do not speak English. Basic room amenities are missing and they don’t even provide that upon asking as well. Definitely not going to recommend this experience to anyone. Above all the breakfast is very basic and no options for anyone who does not eat local cuisine.

Nice hotell in center of Kandy. Big cean rooms and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice rooftop bar. The veaw is great up there. I recommend a stay here. I will come back. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Did not try the pool.

My reason for giving this a 5 star review is because of the location of the hotel and the wonderful staff who work there, so accommodating and friendly. They simply couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. The room we had was a homage to the hotels grand past with wood paneled dressing rooms. We did chuckle when we read the warning sign not to open our bedroom window because of the threat of monkeys. This place is the perfect base for exploring central Sri Lanka

We stumbled upon casamara hotel whilst out exploring the kandy city. Close to all the pilgrim locations. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Both hotwater and AC were worked well. There was good wifi service as well. Staff was very kind and attentive. Buffet was a very limited propagate but it included basic western items. Recommend!!
