Kangding Zandan Lin Ranch Hotel (Tagong Grassland)

Great place, lovely people and beautiful surroundings

Really poor service and very dirty hotel. When we entered the hotel I had to kind of check in myself because the staff didn’t know how to enter my information in the computer (maybe we were their first guests with a foreign passport). When we entered the room we needed the bed sheets to change because the previous ones were dirty. The request to clean the super dirty floor was never followed. The breakfast room is also not super clean and welcoming with the staff staring at their super noisy phones. The surrounding of the hotel and the hotel itself though is really beautiful - the staff simply lack of any understanding how to run a hotel which is quite sad. We usually have amazing experiences with hotels in China so we were quite surprised to experience such bad conditions and poor service.
