Yuzixi Resort Hotel

This hotel became the warmest resting place during my trip to western Sichuan. Opening the window, I was greeted by rolling snow-capped mountains and lush greenery. I was awakened by birdsong in the morning, and in the evening, I could see the pink and purple sunset covering the sky. Every photo I took was a wallpaper-worthy sight. The room was clean and tidy, with just the right amount of heating. Wrapping up in a soft blanket on the cool western Sichuan nights was incredibly comfortable. The owner and staff were as friendly as friends, proactively reminding us of the next day's weather and road conditions and even making us some local hot tea to warm us up. Every little detail was thoughtful. Breakfast was simple, homely, with perfectly cooked porridge, local steamed buns, and pickled vegetables, which was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel is also close to scenic spots, making travel convenient and quiet, offering the perfect balance of scenery and comfort. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit western Sichuan.

The stay was abysmal, abysmal, abysmal! The water, electricity, and internet were all out of service, leaving everyone disconnected. We spent the entire night without electricity, and the oxygen room we booked didn't even last a single breath. The service was also abysmal. When problems arose, they didn't address them, but instead avoided them. This morning, when I asked about the lack of water and electricity, I couldn't wash. The manager just walked away, saying I'd ask the manager, and then rode off on his bike. The welcome fruit arrived after I asked several times, and all they delivered was rotten apples. The hotel couldn't accommodate me and I asked to change rooms. The landlady told me to stay away if I couldn't afford it. We were told to go to the Yuzi West scenic spot for free, but they charged a fee. We told the manager to refund it through a platform after we got back. The manager denied it, saying we were the only ones who paid, and everyone else went for free. The same thing happened with dinner. It was 90 yuan per person, but there were only three meat dishes. Four of us spent 300-400 yuan, and we only had one beef plate, two tripe plates, and all other vegetables. It was a truly abysmal experience. I spent money and was left unhappy. The problem wasn't addressed, but they avoided the issue and made nasty comments. Don't ever come!
