This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. none of them. There are too many points to complain about, first and foremost. I brought an empty bottle because I was driving on the expressway and the last service area was more than 50 kilometers away from Kangding. I drank a bottle of Red Bull and asked the front desk to help me throw it away when I arrived at the hotel. I drove so many kilometers and the last service area was so far away. I couldn't find a trash can to throw it in. What I said was, "Please throw it away, thank you." I even brought my friends with me, and my face turned green. I wonder if I have lived for so many years in vain or have I lost my emotional intelligence by making quick money through tourism? If the disposable toilet seat is too small, replace it with a larger one. There is no need to use this brand of disposable seat cushion if it cannot fit, right? I don’t know how I dare to sell it at this price? ? I have many friends who want to come to Western Sichuan, at least dozens of them. The company has also said before that it wants to organize a tour. This hotel will protect everyone first. No friends I know or friends who ask me will go there again. The room is very bad, the sanitary conditions are very poor, the breakfast is very poor, the waiter's attitude is very bad, not recommended. I still booked a deluxe view room for more than 700 yuan, but there was no oxygen.

The hygiene of the room is very poor. There are hairs on the sheets and yellow stains on the quilt. There is a stinky smell in the room. I booked a suite, but the front desk made a mistake and got a standard room. I moved two or three suitcases back and forth to change rooms, but the front desk didn't even say a word of apology. The hotel's breakfast time ends at 9 a.m., and the front desk did not inform it in advance. When I went to have dinner at 9:30, I was told that breakfast ended at 9 a.m., and I could go to the noodle shop next door. The noodle shop next door is also my own, and I was speechless.

Since we came from Kangding and arrived at the hotel relatively early, Ms. Li at the front desk received us warmly. She learned on the spot that we were a family of four and upgraded our room type to a parent-child room. During the stay, due to severe hypertension in the family, we coordinated to move the oxygen concentrator to the room. Ms. Li is a kind-hearted person and provides attentive service. Because her family members are suffering from severe hypertension, we had to check out early in the middle of the night. She also enthusiastically helped us solve all the problems. The hotel has complete facilities. It is opposite the Tagong Grassland Scenic Area. Parking is convenient. There is also a restaurant on the first floor. The receptionist was also very polite. I was lucky enough to catch a bonfire party downstairs in the hotel. I will come again next time.
