Adding complimentary welcome fruit would be a nice touch. 2. **Restaurant**: On our arrival day, we had lunch at the restaurant around 3 PM, but the food service was rather slow. 3. **Butler Service**: There was no landline phone in the room. To contact the butler, we had to call the front desk via the Ctrip app. The lack of a dedicated WeChat service for the butler was quite inconvenient.

From the window, I could gaze out at the yaks grazing in the creek. The tea room on the second floor is also very comfortable, with children playing board games and enjoying the fitness equipment. The hotel's service was exceptional. ”Upon arrival, the front desk guy was waiting for us, smiling broadly as he helped us with our luggage. The hostess was incredibly welcoming, offering us a taste of different tea cultures. She thoughtfully asked us to avoid washing our hair and showering for extended periods, and even made us coffee afterward. The hotel's oxygen system is also very advanced. This meticulous care goes far beyond the standard procedures of star-rated hotels and comes from the heart. The breakfast was also exquisite. My child said a five-star rating was too low; it deserves a six. We've stayed in many places from Chengdu to Xinduqiao, but this is the hotel that all of us traveling with us have given a thumbs-up.
