There's stores and some restaurants, but a lot of road construction, and heavy traffic.

Our room was on the side of the building which is 'away' from the freeway. We did not notice any road noise. Hallways were quiet which made sleeping easier.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The check ✔ in was friendly and flawless. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was free and tasty. The fitness center is really great. We love this Hotel and will use it again. It is convenient to Charlotte.

Upon check in met a rude person that did a bad job of explaining a policy. Been in Customer service my entire life
and would never want that for my business. The hotel was clean and breakfast food was not great but the service there was friendly. For the more expensive hotel in the area
I was not impressed.

We stopped here on our way from Florida to New York, so it was a quick stay but we all agreed we would stay here again if ever back in Huntersville. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean as well as the common areas of the hotel. We wish we had stayed longer.

I knew that there was a "NO Cancellation" but, I wasn't aware that I couldn't change my dates by just one day. I requested to change the dates from 29 June through 2 July to 30 June through 3 July. I contacted your people and they told me I had to contact the hotel. When I contacted the hotel they told me I had to contact you (third party payment line of garbage). I wasn't cancelling just moving my stay by one day. I don't appreciate being treated like a ping pong ball. BAD BUSINESS practices. I won't be staying at the Hampton anymore and am seriously considering using another reservation service. PS $75 a night for a pet is outrageous.
