This hotel was a lovely place for us to rest after our adventures outside Auckland. They greeted us with warm cookies upon check in, and were so sweet and nice throughout our stay. They even let us check out late when we were running behind on the last day. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of great options. Amenities were clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far from downtown Auckland, which made for quite a bit of driving, but overall was not a huge issue. The hotel was right next to the highway so at least you could hop on and off pretty easily. Overall a comfortable and quiet place for use to relax after long days- we’d stay here again!

We booked the room with 2 queen beds. It is a bit cramped and not much walking space after opening up our luggages. But it is indeed a very nice hotel to stay in. Check in and out were a breeze. Hotel Staff are friendly.

Nice environment, good service, Hilton members, proactively provide free water (4.5 dollars / bottle), buffet breakfast (full plus 10 dollars / person).

It's more than 20 minutes' drive from the airport. We checked in at around 11 o'clock. There is a Chinese receptionist. There are KFC and McDonald's nearby, but they don't open until after 10 o'clock in the morning. Our self-driving parking is free. Overall it's not bad. I saw a rainbow when I went out in the morning.

It's a decent Hilton hotel. The rooms are not big, but they are still quite comfortable. There are two things that are lacking. First, they do not proactively provide toiletries. They only got disposable toothbrushes after finding the front desk. Second, the door that separates the hall and the room makes a lot of noise when entering and exiting, which affects rest at night.

Great experience, good room, convenient parking, very close to the supermarket, suitable for friends who want to go to the glowworm cave the next day. The hotel is right next to the highway, it's quick to get on and off the highway, and it has its own yard, which is cool.
