初めての宿泊、このホテルについては、清潔で朝食も大変美味しく大満足でした。 大変不愉快な事があったのは、夕食を食べた、徒歩直ぐのところにある『M風』という店です。 個室でメニューも豊富、2名で7品程注文しました。お酒と*かけご飯を持ってきた後、待てども待てども1時間ほど料理は運ばれてきませんでした。 もう、キャンセルして店を出たくなった頃、女性店員が『遅くなりました』の一言もなく、ボンボンと料理を置いていきました。雑な扱いをされた様に感じ、不愉快でした。 食に詳しい連れによると、『食材は手作りのものに思えない、冷凍食品など出来合いを利用したものだ』と憤慨。最後に到着した寿司は、未だかつて見た事のない様なお粗末さ。ネタもシャリも、ミニチュアサイズ。コンビニで売っている様な寿司。 どの料理も、こんな物でお金を取るのか？のレベル。 請求金額の明細も無く、注文した物の金額にしては高く思えたので詳細を聞けば、不満顔で書いた物を持ってこられ、見れば場所代や、最後にお願いしたお茶代（130円）まで請求されていました。 おそらく店主かと思われる女性、高額な金額をきちんと支払っているのに『有難うございました』も言う事なく、詳細を聞かれた事が嫌だった様で睨みつけてきました。 こんな事は初めてで、せっかくの楽しい休暇が台無し、未だかつてない最低不快極まる店でした！！。

帰りも笑顔で頭を下げていらっしゃいました。よかったですよ。
朝食のバイキングの種類は時間が遅かったせいなのかはわかりませんが（８時から）、種類が少なかったように感じました。

今回家族で利用しました。ホテルはとても綺麗で1階にある大浴場も清潔で良かったです。しかし、残念だったことは子供用の歯ブラシが大人用かと思うほど大きかったことでした。4才には大きすぎます。しかし、全体的には満足できました。ありがとうございました。
