Too many stairs, very difficult for elderly people to stay. Should have been mentioned somewhere. Rooms are nothing great. Deff not worth the amount paid. Much better places nearby.

Stayed in Deluxe non valley View for 3 nights. Rooms with old furniture. V.small bathroom. Staff r good. Wifi is v.slow. Breakfast was just okish. Not much varieties. The view from the restaurant is nice. Hotel is located in steep slope and further hv to walk 50+ steps. Nothing else great to mention.

ITS A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION WITH PICTURESQUE VIEW. THE AMBIENCE & THE HOSPITALITY WAS TOP NOTCH. WE WENT ON OUR ANNIVERSARY AND MR. NITIN DHIMAN ASSISTED US TO PLAN A SURPRISE CAKE FOR HUSBAND. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ASSISTANCE. WE WIll VISIT AGAIN.

A two night stay at kasauli exotica was good food was good, staff is courteous and location is quite near to mall kasauli however kids play area needs to be maintained

Really great hotel, we loved the stay. The location is very scenic, we stayed in a valley view room from where one gets a spectacular view of the valley and the himalayas. The staff is very nice and polite, in my girlfriend's opinion the staff didn't give any kind of judge-mental eyes. The food was also very tasty, i loved their open air restaurant where one can enjoy the meals in fresh air. There is a plum blossom tree in the play area of the hotel which proved to be icing on the cake for me as i was able to do some bird photography there. The only suggestion i would like to make the hotel management is to kindly add an option of 1/2 portion of food to the menu as sometimes a small portion is enough for two people, this would help in curbing wastage of food.

The stay at kasauli exotica was peaceful, the ambience, the location was perfect, service was excellent. Also it was nearer to the market so no issues with that. Can improve the food rates though. Quite costly. Overall nice experience. Will visit again.
