房間真的好大！
酒店服務態度非常好，安全衞生。
距離汗巴扎夜市和艾提尕爾清真寺都是300百米距離，非常適合旅遊觀光。

服務非常好，房屋也比較乾淨，就在古城旁邊，特別方便，逛東古城和西古城就離了200米，真慶幸定了這個酒店，熱水也比較舒服，樓下吃的很多，去景點也比較方便

這個酒店的地理位置實在太好了，就在古城中心地標艾提尕爾清真寺旁邊 公交車艾提尕爾站就可以 對面就是汗巴扎，去東區和西區都非常方便。前台小姐姐很好，漂亮温柔，似乎給升級了（也沒告訴我），酒店雖然在路邊但是一點不吵，乾淨整潔

因為是春節標間不夠酒店給我們升級一間家庭房，房間內設施都比較新，初二還給每個房間送了一個果盒。酒店在東古城和西古城中間比較方便，離美滋雞和扎赫拉蛋糕都很近。因為最近喀什春晚分會場所以喀什車超級多，酒店門口的停車位有現需要憑運氣，但是停車免費。前台辦理入住的小姐姐服務很好

很少有讓我那麼生氣的服務。事情是這樣的，我在喀什連定了兩晚，酒店本質上硬件還可以，也挺新的，離古城也很近。頭一晚ok，第二天早上酒店停電了，我一開始也沒當回事，就跟前台確認下什麼時候有電，反正白天也在外面，前台説晚上八點，多少有點詫異，但也接受了，那就晚點回來唄。晚上八點半回酒店還是沒電，因為停電暖氣也沒有，這個季節沒暖氣的新疆大家能理解不？也烏漆嘛黑，我問店家怎麼辦，前台説她也不知道什麼時候來電，那我就商量讓她和老闆確認下，如果沒有回覆我就把當晚的退了，畢竟我確實也沒住，前台一會説老闆沒回復，老闆有事，老闆説不能退，因為超時了，當時有點火了，我説沒電怎麼住？溝通無果，我上樓打着手機手電整理行李，下樓直接把門卡還給了前台，跟她説我直接和攜程溝通。出門找攜程反應，給攜程好評，他們也聯繫不上店家，直接先把房費退我了，速度很快，並安慰我畢竟大半夜還拖着箱子在零下十幾度地方找酒店，希望店家能切實處理問題，而不是因為推諉責任

來喀什一定要來住這家酒店，酒店是今年新開的，設施設備很全面，衞生也打掃的特別乾淨，房間又大采光又好，尤其是地理位置優越，就在古城中間，西古城東古城都特別近，服務人員特別熱情，尤其是老闆，會耐心解答疑問，細心介紹周邊的美食以及打卡景點，旁邊的抓飯特別好吃，烤肉也很贊，酒店性價比太高啦！！！！

酒店衞生 環境 全部特別特別好很滿意 但是前台服務員沒有詳細的介紹原因讓我多付了119元，前台服務員的錯我承擔了買單，什麼都沒給我説就開房了，後面説我入住早了所以需要多交119元，前面怎麼沒説後面才説啊，其他地方很好很滿意，就服務員有點缺經驗吧
