Radisson Blu Hotel Kashgar Reviews

I have known of Kashgar for years because of its importance to the Silk Road. It was quickly planned trip and I chose the Radisson Blu because of good experirences that I have had with the brand in other locations. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Aria and the crew at the front desk. Aria even walked me pretty far to a restarant located in the same building later in my trip. My first night there was a sandstorm and the temperature in my room would not cool below 27C, the night crew was so helpful and ended moving me across the hall. Steven and Michael and Akhbar from management were always asking me how everything was and offering insights everytime that I walked through the lobby. The only criticism that I have is that the locker rooms in the pool area need some remodeling, there were some workers there the last couple days of my trip though. The pool itself was perfect and the attendants (Cindy, Katia, Meena, Winnie etc) were always cheerful and even would bring a bottle of water to my lounge while I was in the pool. Whenever I will return to Kashgar, I will stay here as I will urge friends of mine to stay as well.

The receptionist by the name Michael gave the best service I have ever had in any of the 5 star hotels I have ever been, he is super friendly and welcoming. Room is super nice as well, enjoyed my stay, Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Kashgar!

Considered the best and most luxurious hotel in Kashgar, the hotel has nice amenities as one would expect from a Radisson although it appears a bit on the old and tired side, hardware wise. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention goes to Ana at the front desk, Steven at the breakfast and Winnie at the executive club. They made the stay pleasant.

Outstanding stay. The best place to stay when visiting Kashgar. Hassle free. Conveniently located. Could not ask for more. Jason, Charlie, and Marina had all the answers at the front desk. Their English is impeccable. The restaurant is fabulous, with a terrific breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience! Loved the friendly and very welcoming service (big thanks to Charlie for the smooth and super quick check-in). The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was great too. Would definitely come back!

Not bad. Soso

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

Friendly staff who speak English and are very happy to help with your trip. Clean rooms and even a bath, that was useful especially in the cold ❄️ Breakfast is ok

Absolutely zero complaints, staff are professional and helpful, hotel is clean, modern, and not too far away from the old city, 10/10 would stay again!

Had an amazing stay in Radisson. The front balcony staff was very patient and kind, the amenities were great (enjoyed swimming pool), amenities were clean and the room was quiet. I made our stay in Kasghar even more pleasant!
