Perfect location, huge room, great value for money ! Very helpful reception staff too

The location is excellent to the mount for great walks and biking. The apartment was a good size. Great to have secure parking in the underground garage. From there it went down hill…The service, presentation of reception, apartment, lobby etc messy, certainly no detail on cleanness inside the apartment and on the balcony. The bed linen smelt of body oder and no detail to presentation. There was soap missing in the bathroom. We would only stay again if the price was right.

Excellent location

It's not the two buildings of the twin towers, but a depressing apar**ent on the third floor below. The Mingzi Twin Towers apar**ent is pure deception. The kitchen only has a microwave oven, and the towels are black. It feels very uncomfortable

The location of the hotel is good, but the facilities are a bit old. It is very close to the hot spring baths, and the beach is just a few steps away. Generally speaking, it is still possible, if the price is below 800.

The sanitary condition of the hotel is very average, the facilities are very old and the service is average. The advantage is that it is convenient to park, close to the sea, suitable for young people to live, not recommended for family vacation

This place is close to the beach but should NOT market itself a "resort". Tired decor and furnishings; Ground floor rooms with a "hemmed in feeling"; advertising says "kitchen" but actually there's just a microwave & v small fridge (we went out & purchased an electric frypan in order to be able to heat up some food). Basically a disappointing stay all round.

This place charges luxury accommodation prices but is very run down and drab. The only plus was the friendly service. Although, the welcome email was full of strict rules in bold red writing that were very threatening (extra charges left right and centre for stepping out of line) - These are also on laminated sheets tacked to the walls which reminded me of being in school! The soap in the bathroom and shower is just like what you would find in the McDonald’s toilet - The room reeked of cigarette smoke, white-wear, switches and fixtures were once white but are now a yellow. Furniture is disproportionate and bulky in the room and from the 80s. A real upgrade is needed. No streaming service on the tv which is kind of archaic and a lot of the channels didn’t even work. Polyester sheets … no top up of tea and coffee used and we were only there for one night - cheap cheap cheap and nasty. Location is amazing so close to the beach and shops - there is real opportunity here to update things and make it fresh again but I will not be returning.

This hotel is in a great location near the base of Mt. Maunganui. Perfect access to the beach and hiking to the top of the mountain. Loved having the balcony. The surf lulled is to sleep .

Good size room, bed was okay, facilities in room useful. Cleanliness wasn’t the best a lot of dust in bathroom, shower decent, toilet flush water continues flowing needed to press button again Good stay overall would stay again

Property was in a great location nice and quiet. Check in at reception could of been more welcoming
